Responsibilities:
* Engage with the team and promote teamwork.
* Provide exceptional customer service with a solution-oriented approach.
* Assess and diagnose suitcase issues promptly and accurately.
* Perform efficient, high-quality repairs.
* Maintain an organized workspace.
* Stay informed about industry trends and suitcase technologies.
* Communicate politely and clearly with customers in person and via calls or messages.
