On appointment you will be based at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy but will be required to work at any NHS Fife site. You will work within a 24‑hour shift pattern and provide a quality security service safeguarding staff, patients, visitors and ensuring the integrity of NHS Estates through patrols and technology.

* Respond to incidents in a calm and professional manner.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in a similar security environment.
* Strong communication and customer care skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Education to Standard Grade or equivalent.
* Full and clean driving licence.
* Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme upon appointment.
Conditions of Employment
* Work within a 24‑hour shift pattern.
* Part‑time hours are proportionate to a 36‑hour full‑time week; the hourly rate will increase accordingly.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom is required before appointment.
* Appropriate UK visa, settled or pre‑settled status may be required if not automatically eligible.
