Principle Accountabilities
* Collaborate with regional and market teams to align strategy with execution and business priorities
* Support planning & delivery of new market entries ensuring alignment with commercial and operational requirements
* Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to deliver marketing and business objectives
* Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement
* Contribute to the development of regional strategies based on consumer, market, and business insights
* Share and adopt best practices to enhance effectiveness across markets
Skills and Experience Required
* Experience in marketing, brand, or portfolio management in a commercial environment
* Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions
* Experience using consumer and market insights to guide actions
