Right at Home is looking for passionate, positive and kind individuals to provide carers for them in London Borough of Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith & Fulham.
Responsibilities Include:
* Be a pleasant and supportive companion
* Help clients take prescribed Medications
* Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
* Assist clients with mobility around the house and outside
* Help clients with household chores
* Prepare and cook meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
* Assist clients with running errands such as shopping or picking up prescribed medications
* Reporting any unusual incidents
* Act Immediately and responsibly in case of emergency
* Other care related duties depending on the needs of the client

Essential Requirements:
* You must be legally 18 years or over of age to work as a caregiver
