What We’re Looking For We are seeking a teacher who: Holds QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification Has strong subject knowledge across both physical and human geography Can deliver engaging, enquiry-led lessons that inspire curiosity and challenge students Uses assessment and feedback to promote progress and independent learning Works collaboratively as part of a team and contributes to wider school life Experience leading fieldwork, enrichment projects, or geography-related clubs would be advantageous. You will help develop schemes of work, prepare students for public examinations, and contribute to curriculum refinement and departmental planning. In addition, you will be encouraged to take part in co-curricular activities such as geography clubs, trips, or cross-curricular projects, helping to deepen students’ understanding of their world and the importance of sustainability and global awareness.
