Many team members are charity trustees or have been seconded to major clients, offering valuable insight into the sector. The Role The role involves advising on charity law, trust and tax matters, regulatory issues with the Charity Commission, and philanthropy advice for individuals and businesses. You’ll work closely with high-profile clients and gain exposure to complex, often cross-border matters. Candidate Profile Qualified solicitor in England & Wales NQ to 3 years’ PQE Prior charity law experience is not essential but you must have a demonstratable interest in the charity sector with strong commercial and/or trust law experience.
