An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and modern independent firm in the Blackburn area as a Private Client Assistant Manager focusing on compliance within their respected Private Client Tax Services team.

As a Private Client Assistant Manager, you will:
* Manage a portfolio of private tax clients, including HNWIs, entrepreneurs, and family business owners.
* Handle personal tax compliance, including self‑assessment tax returns, trust returns, and basic advisory elements (as applicable).
* Work closely with managers and directors on client delivery, and take increasing ownership of client communications.
* Contribute to the team's knowledge‑sharing culture and participate in client meetings where appropriated.

What you'll need to succeed:
* ATT / CTA / ACA qualified (or near‑qualified), with demonstrable experience in UK private client tax.
* Confidence in preparing and/or reviewing personal tax returns, including exposure to trusts or estates.
* A collaborative, team‑oriented attitude and eagerness to grow your tax career within a supportive firm.
* Previous experience with OMBs or high‑net‑worth clients is advantageous.
