Role: Training Facilitator Position: Contract Location: HPC Duration: Ongoing Pay: £177 (paye) or £234 (umbrella) Build the Future with the UK's Largest Infrastructure Project Rullion is proud to partner with one of the UK's most ambitious energy projects - Hinkley Point C (HPC) - in search of a highly capable Training Facilitator to join the Project Training Team. The Role We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Training Facilitator to support the delivery and coordination of a wide range of training activities within the NSA EPR Project Training Team. The role focuses on enabling effective workforce development through the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and collaboration. Principal Accountabilities Support to Training Delivery : Assist in coordinating and facilitating a variety of training programmes to meet project needs. Training Needs Analysis : Contribute to identifying skill gaps and developing solutions to meet emerging workforce requirements. Learning Material Development : Support the review, design, and update of training materials and documentation. Data & Reporting : Collect, interpret, and report on training data to support evidence-based decisions. Training Administration : Maintain accurate learner records, plans and progress tracking systems. Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate effectively with team members, instructors, and external providers. Action Planning : Track actions and outcomes to ensure timely progress against team objectives. Supplier Liaison : Support coordination with external training providers to ensure seamless course delivery. Continuous Improvement : Contribute ideas and solutions to improve training quality and learner experience. Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Essential Experience & Skills: Understanding of Training Systems: Experience supporting structured training delivery in environments that are operational, safety-critical or highly regulated (e.g. emergency response, healthcare or technical services). Strong Communication Skills: Clear and confident communicator, able to present, engage, and build trust across diverse teams. Coaching & Mentoring: Ability to guide and support learners, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning culture. Organisation & Prioritisation: Skilled at managing multiple priorities, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Collaborative Working: A team player with a proactive and supportive approach to colleagues and stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Professional Initiative: Able to work autonomously while driving continuous improvement in training processes and learner support.
