Since inception in 2018 with a team of just 5, they have grown to over 100 employees across 8 global offices. They now have operations in London, Malta, Sydney, Texax and UAE. From these global hubs they manage a rapidly growing client base of mostly expatriate clients.
Role and responsibilities
Due to their expansion, they are looking to onboard several specialist roles including defined Benefit Transfer Paraplanners & Pension Transfer Specialists. The role will include duties such as.
* Writing suitability reports using templates
* Running and checking Transfer Value Comparators (TVC)
* Communicating with IFAs, schemes and clients to obtain missing information
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Paraplanner or Pension Transfer Specialist with recent Defined Benefit Pension experience with a proven track record in.
* Writing suitability reports
* TVC Experience
* Excellent attention to detail and technically minded
* Experience in cashflow modelling
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or Equivalent.
A trainee paraplanner with experience in pensions will also be considered, as long as there is a willingness and ambition to study towards the Level 4 Diploma.
