Who we’re looking for
* NQ–2 PQE private family solicitor
* Previous experience in private family law
* Able to assist on cases and gradually build caseload
* Committed to getting involved in business development from the outset
* Has run some of their own cases (Desired)
* Advocacy experience (Desired)
* Already involved in BD activities (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
* Assist on a range of private family matters including:
o Divorce
o Financial remedy
o Private children work
o Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
o International family issues
* Build your own caseload gradually with strong supervision and support
* Represent clients in court when required
* Get involved in business development to grow the firm’s private family law brand
* Contribute to the team’s collaborative, inclusive culture
Salary & Benefits
* £45,000–£53,000 (top of market rate for this level)
* 24 days’ holiday (rising to 27) plus your birthday off
