within a Holland & Barrett store in Nottingham. The exact location is TBC.
Contract Offered:
Full-time, permanent
Working Hours / Shifts:
40 hours per week, across 5 days, including some weekends.
Requirements:
* Must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or able to get it following a successful interview.
* In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
What does the Phlebotomist role involve?
* Conducting client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS).
* Demonstrating sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
* Maintaining accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation.
* Representing the company professionally at offsite events and appointments.
* Engaging in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
* Proactively driving sales and exceeding targets.
* Completing company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
* Demonstrating high IT literacy to manage various software systems and daily tasks.
Essential Criteria
* Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
* Confident using IT programmes.
* Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Exemplary Customer Service Skills and Experience.
* Ability to manage existing clientele and generate new clientele.
* Valid UK driving license.
Desirable
* Experience in a private healthcare setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
* Confidence and experience working at internal/external events.
* Sales / Retail experience.
