The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly — managing travel and accommodation bookings across the firm and assisting with the coordination of company vehicles. Alongside this, you will provide reception cover and support for meetings and events, ensuring a first-class experience for both clients and colleagues.

About the Role
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and related logistics for staff across the firm
Support the Facilities team with the management of the company’s fleet
Provide reception cover during busy periods, holidays, and lunch breaks
Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
Manage meeting room bookings and assist with the setup of meetings and events
Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider team
About You
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach
Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Able to work independently and use initiative
Flexible, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
