Business Change Project Manager Initial 6 month contract – Inside IR35 – Hybrid (Bracknell) Role – Our client is seeking an experience Business Change project manager to support key transformation projects, in particular to lead he continued rollout and optimisation of a major European direct-to-consumer sales pilot in UK, while also supporting the deployment of new CRM technologies designed to enhance performance. Main Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end delivery of business change projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives * Develops and maintains detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for business change initiatives. * Leads and motivates the project team to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative environment. * Engages and influences stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in and support for change initiatives. * Drives effective communication and change adoption strategies across impacted teams. * Works closely with technical project manager to ensure business change activity aligns with technical timelines and requirements. * Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations * Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards. * Produces and maintains Project Charter, including defining scope and objectives. * Tracks project performance making adjustments to schedules and plans when needed * Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring all stakeholders are informed. * Adheres to the programme communication plan, including providing project status reports. Qualifications, skills and experience: Required * Proven track record in managing complex business change projects on fast-moving, multi-faceted transformation programmes. * A self-starter, able to identify their own priorities and the key activities to keep a programme successfully moving at pace. * Exceptional communication skills. Able to influence, persuade, and communicate with a diverse stakeholder pool. Able to communicate appropriate, concise, and accurate information in written and verbal formats. * A confident leader able to influence stakeholder buy in and outputs. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. * Able to take full responsibility and ownership for completion of tasks. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. * Comfortable under pressure, and able to manage multiple diverse tasks within a short time-line. * Concern for accuracy: Desire to ensure accuracy and quality in work delivered
