Business Development ExecutiveResponsibilities:
* Owning relationships with key existing accounts
* Responsible for successfully onboarding key gains
* The role nurtures client relationships focusing on understanding their business, challenges and goals and maximising value
* Leading the delivery of hands-on solutions to grow and support the retail business with a 360° approach via visual merchandising, social media, education, and eventing ensuring a best-in-class service is provided
* Excellent customer service skills and that real 'people person" quality
* Identify opportunities to up-sell and link-sell to develop the territory
* Active participation in team and sales meetings and events
Business Development Executive Experienced Needed:
* Proven account management or other relevant experience
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer need
* Understanding of social media and how to utilise for commercial benefit
* Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive and influence both internal stakeholders and external business partners
* Enthusiastic and hands-on style, with a can-do attitude
