Position Summary
A Claims FNOL Handler is required to join our team where you will play a vital role in the Claims process by being the first point of contact for customers, clients and brokers whereby setting expectations and assisting in loss mitigation.
General Background, Experience & Professional Qualifications
Experience within the same type of role is desired however not essential as full training will be provided. Customer facing experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure we are compliant with Client Service Level Agreements
2. Engage with all parties involved delivering excellent customer service.
3. Customer will be the centre of everything that we do
4. Instructing suppliers as and when necessary
5. Ensuring all correct documentation is gathered prior to Loss Adjuster visit.
6. Managing/organising outstanding task to ensure exceptional service is maintained
7. Co-ordinate adjuster diaries
8. Build good relationships with team members as well as other areas of the business
