Salary & Benefits
* £12,000–£12,500 per session

Workload & Structure
* 4–10 sessions available
* Dedicated frailty/elderly patient list
* 30-minute F2F appointments
* Extended home visits (1–1.5 hours)
* Care home rounds and MDT leadership
* Flexible start and finish times
The Practice
* Established GP Training Practice
* Strong MDT: Paramedics, Pharmacists, Frailty team, Physios
* Daily visiting support (ANP/Paramedic)
* High-dispensing, partner-owned premises
* Strong culture of innovation and improvement
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List.
