Based in London and New York, but operating globally, the team is a bunch of diverse, committed, enthusiastic, and hardworking people. Together, we work with amazing brands, including Diageo, Nike, LEGO, JustEat and PepsiCo. Oh, and we work a 4-day week – that's right, we don’t work Fridays! This position is to work from our Bermondsey office in London, and you will be required to come to the office 3 days per week. The role We’re looking for a curious, driven and rigorous Researcher to join our growing insights team. You will be responsible for supporting and leading qualitative research projects that inform key business decisions, product development, marketing strategy, and customer experience improvements. You'll have the support of an experienced team, and plenty of space to make your mark. What you’ll be doing On any given day, you might be: Designing and running qualitative market research projects from brief to delivery, including in-depth interviews, digital and face-to-face ethnography, workshops and desk research. Writing thoughtful recruitment specs and creative discussion guides – so we’re speaking to the right audiences and getting the very best out of our participants. Analysing and interpreting qualitative research data to generate actionable insights. Writing clear, concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. Collaborating with client teams across marketing, insight, product, innovation and brand. Managing relationships with third-party research suppliers or panel providers Stay updated on market trends, consumer behaviours, competitor activities, and what’s happening in the wider world Contributing to our thinking about research methodology, tools and best practice We think you'll be someone who ha s: Around 2 years of experience in qualitative research. You might call yourself a market researcher, user researcher, social researcher or a journalist. You may have built your skills in a formal research setting or picked them up through other routes. We care more about how you think than where you learned it. Managed projects through from start to finish, from design and fieldwork to analysis and delivery, with a sense of what good looks like at each stage, Designed and conducted qualitative fieldwork e.g. interviews, groups, digital or face-to-face ethnography, workshops and desk research A solid grounding in analysis - you’re comfortable making sense of qualitative data and pulling out clear insights Experience with research platforms and digital tools, and/or comfortable learning new ones Communicated insight in a way that’s clear, punchy and engaging, whether in a deck or a room full of stakeholders If this sounds like you, you’ll be a good fit: Whether it’s friends, colleagues or clients, people often comment that you ask good questions, you’re a good listener, or you bring energy that gets people talking.
