Allerton Bishop Search is currently searching for a Global Supply Chain Manager for a biotechnology company with a global presence. The Global Supply Chain Manager will be based in England and will take responsibility for end to end supply chain activities across a global network.
Your responsibilities as the Global Supply Chain Manager will be:
Supply and Demand Planning for commercial and clinical products.
Manage contract manufacturing partners to deliver both drug substance and product.
Work closely with cross functional teams to build mid and long term forecasting for global operations.
Maintain optimal inventory levels for all global programs while managing risk across the supply chain to mitigate disruptions.
As the Global Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure robust cold chain logistics and compliance with GDP requirements.
Required Work Experience and Qualifications:
Degree educated is preferred
Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience is essential
Proven supply chain experience in a global or regional supply network.
Previous work experience in external supply is highly desirable.
