Essential Role Requirements
* Maintaining up-to-date construction drawings and registers
* Familiar with Leica EDM (TS06 / TS12 / TS16)
* Checking building layout in relation to site boundaries
* Carrying out site surveys and level surveys before site starts
* Confidently take overall responsibility for setting out all elements and controlling line and level
* Taking off and ordering all groundworks & RC frame materials (drainage, waterproofing, concrete, rebar, cast-in items etc)
* Resolving any setting out problems and raise and track RFIs
* QA on site using flow formaImplementation of site Inspection Test Plan and specifications we are working to
* Raise technical submittals
* Proficient with As-builts
* Record keeping and issuing to QS
* Use of CAD
* Proactive in closing out technical queries on site
