The role supports the Training Equipment Management Team (TEMT) by planning, defect rectification works, and maintenance on training equipment, adhering to quality standards, deadlines, budget, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Provide administration support to TEMT, coordinating a range of admin activities to meet team outputs.
* Administer project documentation with strict version control and MOD naming conventions.
* Set up team meetings and distribute relevant paperwork; ensure records of actions are completed and shared with the team.
* Respond to stakeholder enquiries and help resolve problems.
* Gather and analyse project information; support planned maintenance activities and reports.
* Administer TE SharePoint sites; act as main point of contact and resolver for TE defect reports in the Southwest.
* Assist with reviewing and developing administrative systems and procedures.
* Manage professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders; act as lead contact for some external parties.
* Champion and foster a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.
* Flexible working and other duties as reasonably requested by line management.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good interpersonal and professional communication skills.
* Eligible to work in the UK and able to obtain SC level security clearance.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety policies and regulations relevant to responsibilities.
* Clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and management.
* Ability to work to tight timescales and manage priorities to deliver quality products.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

* Experience in large multifunctional project teams.
* Experience with MS Project and MS Visio.
