Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager to join our client's dynamic and fast-paced team based in Pencoed, working on a hybrid basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality projects on time, within scope, and with a strong focus on client satisfaction. You'll play a pivotal role in the successful liquidation of assets while acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end projects and provide vital support to Account Leaders with scheduling, data analysis, reporting, and logistics. It's the perfect fit for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working across departments and developing strong client relationships.
Key Duties:
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring delivery against timelines and goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Coordinate internal resources to meet project deliverables.
Track project milestones and progress, addressing any delays or challenges proactively.
Support fellow Project Managers and cover responsibilities when required.
Assist Account Leaders with reporting, presentations, and general administrative support.
Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Oversee and coordinate logistics as necessary.
Approach challenges with a solutions-focused, resilient attitude.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised with excellent planning and multitasking skills.
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Able to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and adaptable with a proactive approach.
Multilingual skills desirable - especially French.
Strong IT literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
