Conduct evaluative user research to assess the success of design decisions Create engaging narratives and stories based on research findings to communicate insights effectively. Helping to develop user research as a discipline, advocating for best practice and articulating the benefit to stakeholders and colleagues Skills: Experience in user research Strong storytelling skills with an ability to present complex information clearly. Familiarity with creating user journey maps or E2E diagrams is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
