Conduct evaluative user research to assess the success of design decisions Create engaging narratives and stories based on research findings to communicate insights effectively.Skills: Experience in user research Strong storytelling skills with an ability to present complex information clearly. Familiarity with creating user journey maps or E2E diagrams is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
