Quality Engineeer - 6 Month FTC

Auxitrol Weston, a global leader in advanced sensor technology, is seeking a skilled professional to support their Farnborough site on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role offers the chance to step into a hands-on position where quality, compliance and continuous improvement are critical to success.
As a Quality Engineer, you’ll work closely with manufacturing, production and engineering teams to ensure products and processes meet demanding aerospace and regulatory standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting product, process and system audits
* Investigating manufacturing issues using 8D
* Acting as the quality representative for NPI and production teams
* Supporting MRB activity, concessions and customer quality concerns

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer with:
* HND or higher in an Engineering discipline
* 3+ years’ experience in Quality Engineering / Quality Assurance
* Strong knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality tools
* Experience with FAIRs and internal audits
* Confident communication skills and the ability to challenge the norm
