Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring client safety and compliance with laws. Work with other professionals to support clients' needs and independence. Prepare reports and maintain detailed client records. Plan and provide necessary services and aids for daily living. Collaborate with health professionals and community organizations. Promote clients' independence and rights. Engage in professional development and training. Supervise staff and contribute to team meetings. Person Specifications Must Have Degree in Occupational Therapy. Registered with the Health Care Professions Council. Experience in social care and working with multi-disciplinary teams. Fluent in English. Empathy, resilience, and time management skills. Access to a vehicle. IT skills for data management. Nice to Have Experience working with health professionals. Supervisory experience. Creative thinking.
