Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager with some hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
As a key part of the client services team, you’ll support campaign delivery, build strong client relationships, and help drive results across digital advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client queries are handled professionally and promptly.
* Support in planning, setting up, and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
* Work closely with senior team members to monitor campaign performance and prepare insights + optimisation recommendations.
* Create clear and impactful client reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Participate in client calls and meetings; take notes and follow up on action items.
* Help manage timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination between strategy, creative, and analytics teams.
* Build strong internal understanding of client goals to contribute to growth strategies.
* Ensure all client communications are professional, articulate, and aligned with Castle Int's quality standards.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Some experience working with Meta and Google Ads platforms (campaign setup, optimisation, basic reporting).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a client-focused mindset.
Desirable
* Experience with marketing analytics or reporting tools.
* Understanding of broader digital marketing channels (SEO, email, content strategy).
* Previous agency or client-facing experience.
