This role will involve training new staff technicians to upskill them on the machinery, invovled with installation of new machinery, implementation of a brand new production line.
Because the line is completely new, major breakdowns arent expected early on.
The initial focus will be on establishing robust processes, understanding the equipment, and embedding a strong maintenance culture from the start.
Skills required for the Lead Electrical Engineer Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on new lines Applying a continuous improvement mindset to develop and refine processes that increase volume while reducing downtime and waste.
Helping define, test, and establish best practice procedures for the brand-new line.
Ability to train and develop Operators and Technicians Strong electrical and mechanical skills Must have worked in a manufacturing environment An individual who appreciates project work, enjoys influencing and developing new processes, and thrives in environments where continuous improvement is encouraged.
