Job Mission / Purpose:
To manage all contracts for the event requirements. This encompasses the entire operational processes related to contracts, ensuring a “Best in Class” service is created and maintained through implementing solutions to further develop, maintain and improve Franchise/HCP satisfaction, and ensure adherence throughout the changing compliance regulations within Europe.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
* Ensure monthly meetings are scheduled with Marketing/Events
* Ensure contracts are stored efficiently and in line with GDPR regulations
* Support Assoc manager with regular meetings to ensure workload is evenly distributed and capacity is used effectively
* Review processes regularly to ensure updates comply with regulations and policies
* Manage faculty coordination with event coordinators
* Conduct divisional needs assessments
* Oversee HCP contract processes
* Manage faculty payment processes in collaboration with invoice specialists
* Ensure all HCP contracts comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards
* Maintain understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including MedTech Code
* Align divisional and country processes for contracts
* Advise business units on compliant HCP consultant activities
* Handle CAPS work for contract creation
* Support KPI management for the manager
* Participate in continuous process and tools improvement initiatives
* Mentor and supervise team members in contract submissions
Education
Essential: College equivalent qualifications
Desired: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
Essential: 4+ years in customer service or relevant experience
Desirable: Fluent in English, experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance, strong Excel skills, experience in contract management
