Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant Roles – Tadworth A highly specialised SEN school in Tadworth is currently looking to recruit several dedicated Specialist Teaching Assistants to support children and young people aged 2–19 with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), acquired brain injuries, and complex medical needs. Classes are intentionally kept very small, with high levels of staffing support — including some 3:1 support ratios — to ensure every pupil receives the care and attention they require.
