Customer Category Manager

Location: Market Drayton – Hybrid
We are seeking a strategic and driven Customer Category Manager to develop and implement sustainable category growth plans, build strong customer partnerships, and drive Müller’s performance.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver customer category growth plans to foster trust and objective category views.
2. Lead the Range Review process to achieve category growth and sales ambitions.
3. Implement the Category and Point of Purchase Vision to drive sales and activation standards across all store formats and online channels.
4. Maintain Müller as the first point of contact for the customer by establishing a clear external contact strategy.
5. Facilitate cross-functional communication on category performance, NPD listing status, and insights.
6. Contribute to key processes such as SBRs, account planning, and JBP with strategic thinking.
7. Represent customer and category leadership as a Brand Champion, shaping brand development collaboratively.
8. Support the development of a coaching culture within the team.
Key Requirements
1. Experience with Traditional Top 7 Retailers, including Private Label experience.
2. Proficiency in using market and retailer data systems.
3. Inquisitive and analytical mindset to identify trends and insights.
4. Expertise in Category Development and Insights.
5. Creativity in data analysis and storytelling to unlock growth opportunities.
6. Positive attitude with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
