 
        
        Executive Assistant – Executive Assistant (Bridges – Trusted Intelligent Engineering Partner)

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high‑level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role ensures the MD’s time is effectively managed, key business priorities are executed, and communication flows smoothly across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
 * Executive Support & Administration: Provide full executive and administrative assistance to the MD, including diary management, scheduling and forward planning for daily, weekly, monthly and annual commitments; coordinate complex meetings, travel itineraries, accommodation, logistics, meeting set‑ups, catering, room bookings and support representation of MD where appropriate; handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high professionalism.
 * Support Board and Senior Leadership meetings, including agenda creation, minute‑taking and action tracking.
 * Manage MD’s expenses and approvals in a timely manner.
 * Coordinate business planning and performance tracking: schedule, report and track company‑wide business plans and monthly performance scorecards; support MD in driving strategic initiatives and departmental objectives; gather, analyse, and present data and insights for decision‑making.
 * Lead internal communications: prepare monthly company updates, internal newsletter, coordinate training sessions and act as a cultural ambassador.
 * Provide marketing & brand support: maintain basic website updates, manage branded materials, corporate gifts and promotional items.
 * Oversee projects & operational support: assist planning, coordinate strategic projects, maintain document management, implement administrative process improvements and offer general operational support to the MD and wider leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
 * High level of professionalism and discretion.
 * Proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset; strong stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building capabilities.
 * Ability to work independently while maintaining close alignment with leadership.
 * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar senior administrative role supporting C‑level executives.
 * Experience in business planning, performance reporting, or project coordination (preferred).
 * Exposure to internal communications, marketing support or leadership engagement activities desirable.
