We require enthusiastic and highly-motivated Health Care Support Worker to join our friendly, supportive and innovative teams striving to deliver the highest standards of care every day to our patients. Working within a team of highly skilled and motivated staff where patient focus is our priority. We strive to make patient, family and carer experience as good as possible.
You will join our friendly and supportive teams who are committed to providing and maintaining high standards of patient care.
The job is both exciting and challenging, where team work is essential and initiative is paramount. Excellent communication, confidence and compassion are essential.
You will have experience of working in an acute hospital environment or in another care setting.
Unfortunately, this role does not meet the criteria required to qualify for sponsorship.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Care Certificate either upon appointment or within 12 weeks of commencement
* Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English and Maths Grade D-G)
* NVQ Level 2 in Healthcare or a Level 2 Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship
Knowledge, Training & Experience
* Experience of working with members of the public or a desire to work in the Health Service
* Understanding of routine work procedures gained through a short induction period and on the job training
* Experience of working within a health or social care environment
* Experience of working within a team
Skills & Abilities
* Basic IT skills
* Good organisational skills
* Commitment to undertaking continuous professional development (CPD)
