About the Role
* Lead and manage all island operations, maintaining five-star standards across every department.

Candidate Profile
* Minimum 10 years’ senior hospitality management experience, ideally in private island resorts or luxury villa properties .
* Fluent in English and German and / or Russian .
* Proven track record in pre- and post-opening, team development, financial strategy, and guest excellence .
* Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, conservation, and positive community impact .
* Bachelor’s degree in hospitality / business management; post-graduate qualifications are an asset.
* Exceptional leadership, resilience, and adaptability in remote, high-end luxury environments .
