About the Role
We are seeking a high-volume and experienced pastry sous chef for a stunning hotel featuring 5 restaurants, including 2 Rosette fine dining, and hosting corporate events and afternoon teas for a 300-bedroom hotel just west of Birmingham. This iconic venue also includes 3 golf courses.
The ideal candidate will be a talented pastry chef capable of handling high-volume production. This is an additional hire to strengthen an already stable team. Excellent benefits and rewards package available for the right candidate.
