About the Role
As an EYFS Practitioner, you will:
Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
Support children’s prime and specific areas of development, including communication, social skills, and early literacy/numeracy
Create a stimulating, inclusive, and language-rich environment
Use observations and assessments to inform next steps and personalised learning
Promote child-led exploration, curiosity, and independence
Work collaboratively within a high-performing Early Years team
Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in EYFS settings or has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Energetic, enthusiastic, and child-focused with a genuine passion for early development
Skilled in phonics, early language development, and continuous provision (desirable)
A reflective practitioner committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences
Adaptable, proactive, and solution-focused
An excellent team player and communicator
Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and wellbeing
