The role: The role of Venue Operations Manager will provide: Provide strategic leadership for venue operations across City Halls, setting the benchmark for operational excellence and compliance Lead and develop high-performing teams, including Building & Event Supervisors and Venue Operations Support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Shape operational frameworks, implementing robust Standard Operating Procedures, training programmes, and resource strategies to future-proof service delivery.
