They are looking to appoint a Trainee Block Manager in their Leeds office, a key hire designed to support senior team members and create capacity for further growth.
No previous block management experience is required. This Trainee Block Manager role is a genuine career opportunity where you'll receive full training, work alongside experienced property managers, and gradually build the skills to manage your own residential portfolio within a specialist area of property.
The Package
* Package £36k for the right experience (Up to £33k basic + £3k car allowance)
* Working hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

The Trainee Block Manager Role
* Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio
* Assisting with communication between landlords, leaseholders, and directors
* Coordinating maintenance and contractor instructions
* Handling day-to-day queries and administrative tasks
* Learning compliance, legislation, and best practice within block management
* Gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows
The Person
* Lettings or property management backgrounds (all considered)
* Residential sales experience particularly fast-paced or city centre environments (ideal)
* Strong customer service or administrative roles within property
* Early to mid-stage in your career but with some professional experience
* Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
* Organised, reliable, and keen to learn
* Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment
* Professional in your approach with a strong work ethic
* Looking for a long-term career, not just a short-term role
