We're searching for a Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Brigade. This is an opportunity to join us and help create unforgettable food experiences and shape the future of dining at Cedar Court Hotel Harrogate and a ensure our guests start their day in the right way
The role in a nutshell
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for the following:
* Preparing and cooking breakfast items in time for our busy service including all hot items and a continental offering
* Preparing special breakfast orders for guests where necessary
* Ensuring each dish served is of the highest quality
* You'll also support the wider Kitchen Brigade with prep for lunch service and any events that are taking place.
What we are looking for
We're seeking an individual who:
* Is an early riser
* Experience in either a hotel restaurant or similar environment
* Strong understanding of food preparation and presentation techniques
* Ensures full compliance with food safety and health regulations
* Radiates enthusiasm for food and hospitality, inspiring those around them.
* Ability to work 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7.
