International Tax Compliance Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation with operations across multiple regions and a strong reputation for delivering end-to-end infrastructure and managed services.
In this newly created role, you will work closely with the
Head of International Tax Compliance
to shape and deliver the company's international compliance framework. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements as the business continues its global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed research into international tax, company law, and trade obligations for new markets.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and execute market entry strategies for overseas territories.
Provide strategic advice on global mobility, supporting HR with overseas postings and international hires.
Liaise with external advisors to ensure accurate completion of annual tax compliance and reporting.
Support the International Finance team with BAU tax compliance, reporting, and invoicing processes.
Review and challenge tax returns and filings across multiple jurisdictions (corporation tax, VAT/GST, WHT, etc.).
Identify and mitigate financial, legal, and regulatory risks, ensuring robust internal controls.
Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure country-specific tax considerations are factored into pricing and tenders.
About You
Professionally qualified in
Tax or Accountancy
(CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
Strong technical understanding of
international tax and global mobility .
Confident working with senior leadership and external advisors.
Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Bloomberg's International Tax platform and/or knowledge of the IT infrastructure or connectivity industry is desirable but not essential.
