Employee Relations Case Manager
Annapurna HR have been engaged to find an Employee Relations Specialist to join a leading consultancy business going through a large period of transformation.
The successful candidate will have previous experience delivering a successful first line Employee Relations response and have strong customer service skills, being always friendly and empathetic. You’ll be able to process high volumes of work accurately and always look to drive improvements.
Skills:
* Ability to handle high volume of complex cases.
* Comfortable working with data and information from multiple sources.
* Experience working with complex performance management and sickness cases.
* Previous knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and processes.
* Strong communication skills and have a high level of written communication.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Great knowledge about GDPR compliance and employment law.
