Full-Stack Engineer – Defence Tech Startup (Stealth Mode)

We’re looking for top tier engineers to join a well-funded defence tech startup building core software and AI. The mission is to transform how organisations use autonomous data to defend democratic values through innovative technology.
You will join at a key stage, working with expert engineers on challenging, high-impact problems. From day one, you’ll have ownership and freedom to influence product design and development - no hierarchy, just real impact.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain software platforms and user interfaces for web and Android.
* Design intuitive UIs to display complex sensor data and control autonomous assets.
* Collaborate with users and integrate third-party APIs and autonomous systems.
* Work with teams across AI/ML, networking, and robotics.
* Promote a culture of engineering excellence.
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
* Strong skills in C++, Java, Rust, or Python.
* Frontend experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and React or Angular.
* Eagerness to learn new tech.
* Bonus: Embedded systems, Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, or ML experience.
