What Youll Be Doing Delivering friendly, efficient customer service Working closely with clients, carriers and overseas offices to keep shipments moving Preparing quotations and key documentation including CMRs, invoices and insurance certificates Keeping a sharp eye on cost effective solutions to add value for customers Supporting the wider operations team across multi-modal activities What You Bring At least 1 years experience in transport & freight operations Experience in Air, road or sea freight Confident handling shipments from quotation through to delivery and billing Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset A desire to learn, grow and be part of a developing team Interested to know more?
