We’ll equip you for success from day one with:
* A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on-target earnings of up to £55,000 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable).
* Guaranteed overtime options to boost your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
* 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What We’re Looking For

* You’re someone who gets people: Our mechanics are out there on driveways, chatting with customers, giving advice, and representing the RAC with pride.
* You like mixing things up: Every day is different—servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. You’ll manage your stock, do your reporting, and keep those customer conversations flowing.
* You think on your feet: You’ll be trusted to make the right call for each customer, facing new challenges every day.
What You’ll Need
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* At least 3 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
