Job Summary
The Bradford Live Team are looking to recruit a dynamic team of Customer Experience Assistants and to play a vital role in the success of the venue. The team will deliver the highest quality customer experience and services, guiding all visitors through their journey at Bradford Live.
Bradford Live is a world class 3,000+ seated and 3,500+ standing capacity music, comedy, events and entertainment venue, together with event spaces, located in the heart of Bradford city centre.

Main Responsibilities
Postholders will:
• Work across both Bar and Front of House positions. Area will be assigned during on induction
• Conduct emergency procedures within the venue, including assisting the evacuation of over 3,500 people on larger event
• Deliver effective, attentive and personalised customer service
• Provide an efficient food & beverage service, taking orders with a keen awareness of allergens and dietary requirements
Minimum Qualification Level
Less < 5 GCSE's -Grade 4-9 or C & above - inc Eng & Math
Essential Skills
• Experience of delivering a high standard of customer service
• Knowledge of food, drinks and allergens
