Job Description
We're looking for an ambitious solicitor at the newly-qualified level or up to a maximum of 6PQE to join a growing Health Real Estate team supporting NHS organisations, independent healthcare providers and national health bodies. This is a great opportunity to work on high‑profile matters, gain early client responsibility and develop within a collaborative, supportive team.
What You'll Do
\t
* Advise on commercial property matters across the health and social care sector
\t
* Support M&A and secured lending transactions
\t
* Handle landlord and tenant work, leases and property documents
\t
* Carry out title investigation and reporting
\t
* Assist with joint ventures and innovative commercial structures
\t
* Build client relationships and contribute to business development
\t
* Represent the team at networking and sector events
The ideal candidate:
\t
* Qualified solicitor with commercial property experience
\t
* Landlord and tenant expertise
\t
* Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
\t
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
\t
* Team‑focused, proactive and confident in taking ownership
\t
* Interest in health sector work (sector experience welcome but not essential)
