We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our busy and dynamic team at our site in Henley, Oxfordshire. At Henley YMCA, our aim is to deliver clear, efficient, and high-quality services to both our residents and facilities hirers. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our administrative functions. Key Responsibilities • Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including residents, facilities hirers, South Oxfordshire District Council, and partner agencies • Manage and administer rental and facilities booking systems • Support the Operations Manager and Community Engagement Coordinator in preparing funding bids • Assist the Community Engagement Coordinator with volunteer coordination and related activities About You!
