How you will contribute
You will:
Lead theCategoryResearch agenda:
1. DevelopCategory and Brand strategies withthecategory a partner to Brand Marketingand Category Planningin the shaping of the Annual Contract across the different areas.
2. Generatebehaviorchanging insightsandidentifycorecategory and brandgrowth opportunitiesviabrand maintenance (product, packaging, assortment, pricing), communication development,innovationand white spaces identification
3. Leverage globally implemented U&A and market structure tools to look through for regional and localconsumer, shopper,marketand snacking insights.
4. Leadmarket and business understanding, retailpaneldriversandshopper metrics toprovide with detailedbusinessunderstandingandidentifyactions,correctionsorgrowth opportunities. Owning the performance tracking of market and sharesand category forecasting processas per requirements
5. Communicate in a compelling way to drive action. Base recommendations on insights from multiple sources of data and knowledge.
LeadResource Management & Learning Plan:

7. Maximise value and efficiency of research projects
8. Proactively build andmaintaineffective supplier relationships.

What you will bring:

10. Experience in insights for consumer products, gained in industry and/ or consulting
11. Strong leadership skills with the ability to partner and communicate with stakeholders at all levels inthe organization
12. Analytical skills
13. Proventrack recordof leading cross-functional teams, including influencing without direct authority
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Language Requirements:
14. Education: Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent(Social Science, Business Administration, Marketing preferred)
15. Extensive experience in Consumer Insight(approximately 10 years), andpreferablyin FMCG company
16. Passion for consumers,brandsand research
17. Curiosity to discover, test and learn new research methodologies
18. Able to synthesize data fromdifferent sourcesinto a well-structured story with clear implications and to transform research learnings into business recommendation
19. Familiar with major ad hoc techniques: Product Testing, Brand positioning, Communications development, Packaging research, NPD, social listening, quantitative and qualitative tools.
20. Strong knowledge and ability to conduct analysis of Continuous data sources (Nielsen Retail Panel, Kantar Household Panel)
The expected base salary range for this position is £65 000 to £81 250 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
