Based in the Midlands, this firms specialist insolvency and recovery department acts for a wide ranging client base and delivers services across the range of CVLs, MVLs, administrations and liquidations, voluntary arrangements, personal insolvency, bankruptcy advising clients in this specialist field.
Job Description
3. Managing and working through your own allocated portfolio of corporate insolvency cases
4. Helping to draft and review formal reports to creditors and other stakeholders.
5. Supporting the team with client visits to carry out work and retrieve necessary books and records.
6. Attending meetings of shareholders and creditors.
7. Maintaining case working files.
The Successful Applicant
8. Previous experience using IPS software.
9. 3 - 4 years of experience in insolvency or a similar position.
10. Good knowledge of insolvency processes and previous experience in different types of insolvency procedures.
11. Experience in interpreting accounting information would be advantageous, as would proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
