Jark Stevenage are currently looking for a INJECTION MOULD TOOLMAKER for a successful company in Stevenage.Manufacture and modification of Injection mould tools in a modern well equipped toolroom, with Hurco machining centres, Sodick Wire eroders, Sodick Spark eroders, Jones & Shipman surface grinders, in house design using Pro Engineer and CAM programming using PowermillMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesUse of manual milling machinesUse of lathesUse of surface and cylindrical grindersUse of manual and CNC spark erodersUse of CNC wire eroderModification & Repair of Injection Mould ToolsManufacture and fitting of new injection mould toolsUsing hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grindersExperience in general toolmaking, milling, grinding and fittingWiring of Hot runner systems and fault findingTo be considered for the role you must have;Experience in injection mould toolmaking, and high precision machining, milling, grinding and fitting.Understand and have experience of fitting and assembly of complex mould tools including their repairHave the ability to work to tight time scales without compromising quality and safetyMaintenance, repair and modification on Injection Mould ToolsPreparing new mould Tools for ProductionCandidate to have the ability to communicate well and be part of a team in a small businessFull timeBenefits -Company pensionFlexible scheduleOn -site parking23 days holiday plus bank holidaysScheduleMonday to Friday 41.5 hours per weekOvertime availablePlease send your CV intoTPBN1_UKTJ
