The Ideal Person Previous experience in an accounting or finance role Payroll role experience desirable Qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field (e.g., AAT, ACCA part-qualified) is desirable. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner. Weekly and monthly payroll function Maintain and reconcile supplier and customer accounts. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end accounts. Support bank reconciliations and cash flow management. Handle queries from suppliers and customers regarding payments and invoices. Assist in payroll processing and maintain related records. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
