About the roleAs a Technician 2 – Microsoft Teams Migration Support Engineer, you will provide deskside and floorwalking support to NatWest colleagues during their transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams. You’ll assist users with setup, troubleshooting, and adoption of Teams features, ensuring a smooth migration experience.Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your reference:You can also ask our friendly recruitment team for any questions you may have about the role, between till Monday to Friday.
1. Shifts: Monday to Friday ( hours/week)
2. Location: NWG Thanet Grange, Southend-on-Sea SS0 0EJ
3. Start Date: 29th October 2025
4. End Date: 27th March 2026
5. Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 17:30 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
6. Provide deskside and floorwalking support during Microsoft Teams migration.
7. Assist users with:
8. Joining meetings, calls, and chats.
9. Sharing and collaborating on documents.
10. Troubleshooting login, MFA, and calendar sync issues.
11. Resolve technical issues (audio/video, connectivity, app crashes).
12. Coach users on “how do I?” queries (screen sharing, notifications, mobile app).
13. Guide users to self-help resources and digital training content.
14. Capture recurring issues and feedback to the project team.
15. Collaborate with other technicians and local resources as needed..
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
16. Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
17. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
18. Ability to work independently and in a team.
19. Excellentmunication and coaching abilities.
20. Familiarity with enterprise IT environments.
